Representatives from various state MFT organizations began meeting together in an effort to support each other and provide resources to one another as they continued to promote the profession of Systemic Therapy. Not knowing where it would go, one thing was certain – it was a group that was passionate about Systemic Therapy. Relationship building between organizations was a core tenet during the initial formation of COAST. This focus on relationship and collaboration remains at the forefront of all COAST activities today.
